Basın-yayın organlarında, demir-çelik sektöründe yürütülen vergi incelemesi kapsamında iki firmaya yüksek meblağlı vergi cezası kesildiği yönünde haberler çıkmıştır. İlgili haberlerde bahsi geçen şirketler arasında Şirketimiz ve bağlı ortaklıkları bulunmamaktadır.

Bu kapsamda, medyaya yansıyan konuyla ilgili olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği kapsamında kamuya açıklama yapılmasını gerektirecek nitelikte herhangi bir gelişme bulunmamakta olup, işbu açıklama yatırımcılarımızdan gelen sorular üzerine yapılmıştır.

There has been some news on the media stating that high amounts of tax fines were imposed on two companies within the scope of the tax audit carried out in the iron and steel sector. Our Company and subsidiaries are not among the companies mentioned in the relevant news.

In this context, there is no development regarding the news in the media that requires us to make a public disclosure within the framework of the Capital Market Board's Communique II-15.1 on Material Events Disclosure; yet this disclosure is made upon the questions we received from our investors.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
