31.05.2024 ve 28.06.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımıza konu olan, en fazla 1 milyar ABD Doları veya muadili yabancı para tutarına kadar (bu tutar dahil) yurt dışında ihraç edilmesi planlanan borçlanma aracına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan alınan ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Within the scope of our material event disclosures dated 31.05.2024 and 28.06.2024 regarding the Debt Securities that are planned to be issued abroad up to a maximum amount of 1 billion USD (including this amount) or equivalent foreign currency, the issuance document obtained from the Capital Markets Board is attached.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
