Şirketimizin 2025 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi ve Topluluk Denetçisi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 27 Mart 2025 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı 15 Nisan 2025 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly resolution dated March 27, 2025 regarding the election of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2025 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered and announced on April 15 2025.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
