Last day of trading in subscription rights No.40-2016

OR INTO THE UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH

THE DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.

Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the

Rights Issue of 20,000,000 new shares at a subscription price

of NOK 1.50 per share in Hugo Games A/S. The period for

trading in subscription rights (ticker "HUGO T") for the

Rights Issue will expire today, Thursday 7 July 2016 at 16:30

CEST. Subscription rights for participation in the Rights

Issue can be exercised during the ongoing subscription

period, which will expire on 11 July 2016 at 16:30 CEST,

subject to extension.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for new

shares before the expiry of the subscription period or not

sold before 7 July 2016 at 16:30 CEST, will have no value and

will lapse without compensation to the holder.
