30-2022 MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE PRIMARY INSIDERS IN 5TH PLANET GAMES

COPENHAGEN, July 27th, 2022: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: 5PG) announces that Board Member in 5th Planet Games, Henrik Nielsen buys shares through his fully owned company HNI Trading ApS.

HNI Trading ApS has on July 26th, 2022, acquired 225,000 new shares in 5th Planet Games at an average price of NOK 1.800. The total purchasing price for the new shares’ amounts to NOK 405,020.

Following this transaction Mr. Henrik Nielsen owns/controls 4,844,262 shares in 5th Planet Games.
