Issuance of shares

Beacon Rise Holdings plc (the Company) announces that on 24 April 2025 it issued 120,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.50 per ordinary share (the Shares).

Following the issuance of the Shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises 1,300,333 ordinary shares.

The Company intends to apply for the admission of the Shares to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority in the equity shares (shell companies) listing category and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
