This is a corrected filing being submitted due to SFM UK Management LLP and Quantum Support Services (Ireland) Limited having adopted a joint voting policy in relation to their respective holdings in the issuer, hence the need for them to aggregate those holdings under DTR 5.2.1(a). The joint voting policy was adopted with effect from 26 July 2019, which is the date stated in section 5.  Due to an oversight, this filing was not made at the time and so it is being made late.
