Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN) announces that all resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting held today were unanimously passed.

Following the recent appointment of Mark Elliot as an independent Non-Executive Director, Navin Khattar has decided to stand down from the Board with effect from 31 August 2019.

The Board wishes to thank Navin for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
