Grant of Options

The Company today announces that 500,000 options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been granted to Crispin Lilly, Chief Executive Officer.

The options granted will be exercisable from 13 March 2022, subject to continued employment at the Company. Each option has an exercise price of 181 pence.

Following the above grant of options, Mr Lilly holds a total of 964,010 options over Ordinary Shares.
