Sinteza SA Company informs shareholders and investors, the interested public, regarding the solution pronounced by the High Court of Cassation and Justice Bucharest in the file no. 5610/3/2017*, in which the company had the status of respondent (plaintiff), in contradiction with the respondents (defendants) Novi Consult S.R.L. and Hatec Industrie-Montagen GMBH, solution favorable to the company.

Solution-Decision 446/04.03.2025: Rejection of the appeal - Unfounded

Details of the solution: Annuls the appeal declared by the defendant NOVI CONSULT S.R.L., through the judicial administrator ENSO I.P.U.R.L. against the decisions of November 19, 2019, March 8, 2022, March 24, 2022, October 26, 2023 and of the civil decision no. 389/2023 - A of December 21, 2023, pronounced by the Oradea Court of Appeal - Second Civil Section. Rejects as unfounded the appeal filed by the defendant HATEC INDUSTRIE - MONTAGEN GMBH against the decisions of March 16, 2021, March 8, 2022, March 24, 2022, June 15, 2023 and October 26, 2023 and civil decision no. 389/2023 -A of December 21, 2023, pronounced by the same court.
