Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 17 December 2018 that Mr Charles Dorfman, Non-Executive Director of Everyman, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 13 December 2018.

Following the above transaction, Mr Dorfman and his persons closely associated are interested in 5,362,527 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.55 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
