Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 27 November 2018, that Michael Rosehill, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his persons closely associated ("PCAs"), purchased a total of 10,300 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 192.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 November 2018.

Following the above transaction, Mr Rosehill and his PCAs' direct interest in Ordinary Shares stands at 198,710 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
