Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 23 November 2018 that a trust of which Mr Paul Wise, Executive Chairman of the Company, and a person closely associated with Mr Wise are the primary beneficiaries, purchased 12,730 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 23 November 2018.

Following the above transaction, Mr Wise and his persons closely associated (PCAs) are interested in 2,311,518 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.26 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
