Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 31 October 2018, that Adam Kaye, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 31 October 2018.

Following the above transaction, Mr Kaye and his persons closely associated (PCAs) are interested in 5,164,682 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
