Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that its Annual Reports and Accounts for the year end 31 December 2022, together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been mailed to shareholders and available on the Company's website at www.coroenergyplc.com.

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES on 20 June 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
