Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, announces that the Company has posted to shareholders copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, along with Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the Company's offices at Building 1230 (Second Floor), Waterside Drive, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Berkshire, RG7 4SA on Wednesday 29 June 2022 at 11:00 am and Form of Proxy. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be available from the Company's website shortly, www.gocct.com.

Dividend Declaration

The Notice of AGM contains a resolution to approve the proposed final dividend of 1.40 pence per ordinary share, details of which were announced in the Company's final results announcement on 12 May 2022. Subject to shareholder approval of the payment of the dividend, the ex-dividend date for this payment is 7 July 2022, the record date is 8 July 2022, and the expected payment date is on or around 21 July 2022.
