The Brighton Pier Group PLC, which owns and operates Brighton Palace Pier together with indoor mini-golf sites and premium bars nationwide, announces that it has appointed Cenkos Securities plc as its Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.

The following additional disclosures are made pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Luke Johnson, Chairman of the Company, is currently or was previously a director of the following companies within twelve months of certain liquidation, receivership or administration events associated with that company:

·    Lussmanns Restaurants Limited, which was placed into administration proceedings on 5 November 2020.

·    Patisserie Holdings PLC which went into administration in January 2019, and its subsidiaries.

·    Malbec Topco Limited, which was placed in liquidation following creditors voluntary liquidation on 19 September 2018.

·    Buffet Restaurants Limited, which was dissolved on 27 April 2018 following creditors voluntary liquidation, which commenced on 16 December 2016.
