IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: non-establishment of Chemstate SA

Regarding the participation of Sinteza SA in the establishment of a new legal entity organized as a jointstock company, with the name Chemstate SA, together with a Ukrainian partner, in accordance with the EGMS Decision of the shareholders of SINTEZA SA, dated 21.06.2022, through this Report currently, SINTEZA SA informs shareholders and investors that following the withdrawal of the Ukrainian partner, the new company will no longer be established.
