2025 Calendar of Corporate Events
Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 07 January 2025 - In accordance with article 2.6.2, c. 1, let. b) and 2.2.3 c. 3 let. a) of the Market Rules organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Esprinet communicates its 2025 corporate events.
- 11 March 2025 Board of Directors Approval of the Draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements 2024
- 13 March 2025 Attendance at J.P. Morgan European Opportunities Forum, organized by J.P. Morgan
- 25 March 2025 Attendance at Euronext Milan STAR Conference, organized by Euronext Borsa Italiana
- 17 April 2025 Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting Approval of the Financial Statements 2024 and presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements 2024
- 13 May 2025 Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Financial Information as at March 31st, 2025
- 15 May 2025 Attendance at TP ICAP Midcap Conference, organized by TP ICAP Midcap
- 11 September 2025 Board of Directors Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as at June 30th, 2025
- 13 November 2025 Board of Directors Approval of the Additional Financial Information as at September 30th, 2025
The Company avails itself of the exoneration option upon publication of the Additional Financial Information for the fourth quarter of 2024 and therefore the Annual Financial Report will be made available by March 31st, 2025.
Any amendments to the above calendar of corporate events will be promptly notified to the market.
