Pesaro, 11 December 2024 – We inform that the Company Statute duly amended in order to acknowledge the amendments approved by the Shareholders' meeting held on 18 November 2024 is available at the Biesse headquarter. The document is also available on the dedicated site and on the Biesse official site www.biesse.com area Governance and Investors.

The amendments approved by the Shareholders' Meeting will be effective from the date of the operation of merger by incorporation of the company Forvet S.p.A. Costruzione Macchine Speciali with sole shareholder, into the company Bavelloni S.p.A. with sole shareholder, currently ongoing. The operation will be completed presumably within 31 December 2024.
