ACOMO SUBSIDIARY HAS BEEN SUMMONED BY SUPPLIER IN RELATION TO TERMINATED BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AND CONTESTS CLAIM

ROTTERDAM (NL), 07 FEBRUARY 2023

Today, ACOMO N.V. ('Acomo'), the Euronext Amsterdam-listed natural food products and ingredients Group, announces that a claim has been filed with the Dutch court against Tradin Organic Agriculture B.V., one of its subsidiaries. The supplier is seeking damages in relation to a terminated business for the supply of organic products.

Based upon thorough legal analysis and advice obtained by Acomo, it does not believe the claim has merit. Acomo strongly contests all allegations and will respond in court. The total claim amounts to approximately EUR 55 million.

The legal proceedings are not expected to affect the Group's day-to-day operations.

ACOMO DOCHTERMAATSCHAPPIJ ONTVANGT DAGVAARDING IN RELATIE TOT BEËINDIGING VAN LEVERANCIERSRELATIE EN BETWIST CLAIM

ROTTERDAM (NL) 7 FEBRUARI 2023

ACOMO N.V. ('Acomo'), de aan de Euronext Amsterdam genoteerde onderneming in natuurlijke voedingsproducten en -ingrediënten, meldde vandaag dat een leverancier een rechtszaak aanhangig heeft gemaakt bij de Nederlandse rechter tegen een van haar dochterondernemingen, Tradin Organic Agriculture B.V.. De leverancier eist een schadevergoeding voor een beëindigde zakelijke relatie voor de levering van biologische producten.

Gebaseerd op een uitgebreide juridische analyse en door Acomo ingewonnen advies, gelooft zij niet dat de claim gegrond is. Acomo zal alle aantijgingen krachtig betwisten tijdens de rechtszaak. De claim bedraagt ongeveer EUR 55 miljoen.

Naar verwachting zal de rechtszaak geen invloed hebben op Acomo's dagelijkse gang van zaken.
