The Company has today been notified of transactions (set out in the notifications below made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation) in ordinary shares in the Company by Ivan Schofield (Non-Executive Director) and his wife Helen Schofield (a person closely associated with Ivan Schofield).
