The Company provides notification that, on 12 March 2024, Stephen Burns (Chief Executive Officer) sold a total of 165,696 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company. The number of shares sold is equal to the number of shares granted to Stephen Burns under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan in July 2021 and which, as noted on page 103 of the FY2023 Annual Report, will vest in full on 22 July 2024.
Following the share sale, Stephen Burns holds a total of 3,009,353 shares in the Company (1.75% of issued share capital)
