Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PMDRs") and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on 12 January 2024, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.
The shares sold by each PDMR below is equal to the number of shares granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan in July 2021 and which, as noted on page 103 of the FY2023 Annual Report, will vest in full on 22 July 2024. Mathew Hart sold an additional 166,140 shares for reasons of property investment.
