Pursuant to the notification obligations in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified that Melanie Dickinson, Chief People Officer, has sold 125,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a sale price of £2.4767 per share.
