Pre-Annual General Meeting Information • May 16, 2022

The Annual General Meeting of Display Art Plc will be held at the Company's offices in Dali, on Wednesday 13 July 2022 at 4:00 pm, and will transact the following business:

• 1. Examination of the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021.
• 1. Election of Board Members in replacement of those retiring. According to the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Pavlos Nicolaou, Mr. Panayiotis Pitsillides and Mrs. Christina Nicolaou retire from Directors but are re-eligible and offer themselves for reelection.
• 1. Fixing of the remuneration of Directors.
• 1. Re-appointment of auditors and authorization of the Board of Directors to fix their fees.
