Re: Announcement of Decisions of the Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting resolved as follows:

• 1. It approved the Board of Directors' Report and the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021.
• 1. Mr. Panayiotis Pitsillides, Mr. Pavlos Nicolaou and Ms Christina Nicolaou, whose term expired, were re-elected as members of the Board.
• 1. The appointment of the Company's auditors will be decided at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
• 1. The remuneration of the Directors will be discussed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
