Maintal, 15. May 2007 - The mobile-communications service provider
Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) is continuating its positive development
from 2006. EBITDA reached €7,5 million (+21.9%). Sales reached €76,8
million (+14.3%). (Telco Services is contributing app. €10 million in
sales. The new unit is included since March 1). At the end of the Q1-2007
Drillisch has app. 2,1 million subscribers vs. 1,7 million at the end of Q1
2006.

The already given guidance for 2007 – Sales €390 million, EBITDA €37
million is confirmed by the board. The synergies of the Telco Services GmbH
purchase will fully contribute to earnings within a period of 12 to 18
months and therefore the Drillisch Group anticipates raising efficiency
under today’s circumstances.
