Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. is a limited partnership that owns and operates liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure. The company's primary asset is the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. This facility consists of six natural gas liquefaction Trains with a total production capacity of approximately 30 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG. The terminal also includes operational regasification facilities, which feature five LNG storage tanks, vaporizers, and three marine berths. As a full-service LNG provider, the company purchases natural gas, processes it into LNG, and delivers it to a global customer base of integrated energy companies, utilities, and energy trading firms. Cheniere Partners also owns the Creole Trail Pipeline, which connects the Sabine Pass terminal to several interstate pipelines.
