Description

Blackstone Strategic Credit 2027 Term Fund (BGB) is a closed-end term fund managed by Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI). The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective of capital preservation. To achieve this, BGB invests in a diversified portfolio of loans and other fixed-income instruments, predominantly from U.S. corporate issuers. Its holdings are concentrated in credit investments, including first- and second-lien senior secured loans and high-yield corporate bonds.
